It is not simpler to write a short tale than it is to write a novel. In reality, some authors find it more challenging to compose short stories than others. However, for inexperienced authors, researching and experimenting within the confines of a seven-page tale rather than a two-hundred-page novel might feel more doable. The key is to have a clear idea of what you want to say and then express that idea effectively in as few words as possible.

No matter what method you use, just keep writing and learning from your mistakes. Your first attempt at a short story might not be perfect, but that's all right.
