Thank you with a wonderful note. When someone answers to your advise request, whether you utilize the advice or not, it is always a good idea to write a thank-you or gratitude note. Give due credit if you use the advise or ideas. It shows that you respect their time and effort.
Also, you can let them know how their advice has helped you or others. You can do this either in person or through email. If you don't get a chance to send a note in person then an email note will work just as well.
Finally, you can give credit where it is due. If someone has helped you out with an article, blog post, or other piece of content make sure to mention them in the note. This shows that you are a reputable source and they deserve some credit for their work.
These are just some of the ways you can show appreciation to those who have given you advise. As long as you aren't being rude or disrespectful, then you should be able to come up with some sort of note response for any type of advise you receive.
Thank you for the advice. Send this letter to a personal or business contact to thank him or her for offering you advice. Be sure to customize the wording, as needed, based on what information you would like to convey. [Your letterhead, if desired; if not, your return address] [Recipient's first and last names]

A letter of advise should include ideas that are introduced using proper wording.
You might, however, use it at the end of a professional letter when you demand or urge the recipient to take some action. "Your cooperation in this regard would be highly appreciated," you may conclude. It can be sarcastic when used with irony.
Show gratitude for the writer's insights, initiative, and desire to assist you. Explain what action you intend to (or have done) in response to the proposal. Summarize the advantages of implementing the recommendation. Reiterate your gratitude for a helpful tip.
If you are not ready to act on all the suggestions made, let the writer know that and ask for more time. If possible, set a new deadline for when you plan to make a decision.
Even if you cannot use every suggestion made by the writer, acknowledge their value by explaining why they are important and how they will help you achieve your goals. Make sure the writer knows that you appreciate their input.
Finally, show appreciation by sending a brief email thanking the writer for their assistance and insight. Include a link to whatever it is they recommended you see or do.
The next time someone offers you advice or makes a suggestion about your business, take time to write down all they have to say. Be sure to follow through on any promise you make them, but also remember that you don't always have to act right away.
